DJ for the position of DSP engineer in Moto: Design, coding, and testing of the wireless communication software products.

Qualifications 1. Bachelor/Master degree on EE or Communication 2. Strong background of Digital Signal Processing and wireless communication software development 3. Familiar with digital audio processing, software defined radio technology, or industry standards on wireless communication system 4. 2+ years working experiences of DSP application development on Freescale, TI, or ADI DSP chips 5. Strong programming skills in C and C++ are required, and programming skills in assembly language are preferable. 6. Working experience on two-way radio system (APCO, TETRA, etc.) or cell phone system (GSM, CDMA, etc.) development is a plus. 7. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability 8. Good communication skills in Chinese and English 9. Knowledge of RTOS is preferable. 10. Working experience on Rational Rose RT.
