Sofmit outsourcing research team operates out of the Sofmit software technology centre. This team has more than 400 employees, 42 Project Manager , 26 System Analyst ,54 Software
Design Engineer,165 Programmer,10 Software Configuration Engineer,10 DBA ,33 Documents
Writer ,65 Tester .All of them have bachelor or graduate degrees.Aproximately
half of the staff has more than 3 years of research experience, and more than 30 percent possess advanced engineering certification. This structure is not only adequate
but excellent as well.

is responsible for quality management and quality control in order to improve processing and product quality. All of these are represented in concrete form by
QA and testing. Assurance of quality is provided in a video summary that demonstrates
processing and product evaluation. Testing ensures that the clients’requirement
will be realized. |

| CM Dept:This department is responsible for managing the control of changes,software vision marking, designing and reporting the changes of the configuration.It provides quality control
and ensure the integrity , consistency, and flexibility of the product. |

department is responsible for preliminary research, supporting documents such as solutions offers and bids project promotion and marketing . |

| DM Dept:UI products design of graphical interface, human-machine altercation system; plan design; media application interactive games, value-added application of mobile data; multimedia
application in education, entertainment and commerce; 2D/3D data game and cartoon; movie maker; etc. |

| IT Service Dept:plan, design, setup, testing and maintenance of network system's customer service, setup of integration system, hardware configuration, daily maintenance of computer network. |
