There are different criteria to evaluate different people. Attitude determines every-thing. Positive, constructive, tolerate and confident attitudes can make a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, in which everyone feels easy and the business can develop quickly. As for attitude, I think liability is the most important. We should be active in our jobs and do our best to complete the tasks.
         The second most important attitude, I think, should be cooperative. We need cooperation between departments, and between companies. A team can gain maximum benefit only when individual devotes to the team. And the continuous development of a company needs many efficient teams.

        What qualities should software development staff members have?Mubin, a professor from Tsinghua University, said that: "First-class software engineers should possess two qualities—career quality and profession quality. Career quality includes accountability, recognition of company culture, and management skills. "
        I totally agree with him. First, we should have basic career qualities, such as enthusiasm for work, liability, and  communication skills with colleagues; second, because IT industry is different from other industries, we must keep on learning recent knowledge about IT and other industries as well. It will be helpful to our observing and judging abilities, and also our business dealing capabilities.
